#Menopause is a time of profound change—a natural invitation to step out of the confinement of a prism that’s become a prison. This isn’t about dusting shelves or scrubbing floors (though I love a good purge); it’s about cleaning house within yourself.
What works for me might not work for you. I’ve been doing solo yoga retreats for years, and during this phase of my life, they’ve become downright essential. Going alone might sound intimidating, but for me? It’s sacred, non-negotiable time.
