I’ve changed the Wheel of Life to fit my current season—hello, #menopause! You can do the same to reflect what matters most to you. Think of it as your personalized roadmap to balance, clarity, and, yes, a little more fun. This isn’t about perfection; it’s about pinpointing where your energy counts. A small shift in one area can lead to surprising satisfaction elsewhere. You’re the one drawing the pie, and as your coach, I’m here to guide, and motivate you.
Three steps to take:
✨ Name It to Tame It: Rate your satisfaction in each area (0–10). Menopause brings extra layers—sleep, energy, relationships—so get clear on what “good enough” looks like for you.
👀 Set Your Sights on ‘More’: You don’t need a 10 everywhere; just focus on what makes for a smoother ride.
🚶🏽‍♀️ Mind the Gap: Identify where you are vs. where you want to be. What’s one small step to feel more fulfilled, menopause and all?

Menopause or not, this is your pie, your moves. Use it with intention.
